Good prices and good food

Usually pretty good... depends on what time of day you come...if the buffet doesn't look so good I order off the menu

Standard TV dinner Chinese food in an ayce format. Decent enough

When I pulled up I was skeptical. When I walked in and was seated I was even more skeptical however the food was actually fresh and tasty even though the place could use a facelift. Staff was friendly and helpful. With thry had a larger selection but they have the basics for the most part.

Absolutely disgusting! It was the worst Asian buffet that I've ever eaten at. I really don't see how this place stays in business.

I have been to a lot of Chinese buffet restaurants. This one is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST one I have ever been to. Nothing, not a single thing, that I had there tasted funny or bad. Everything was good. And, the service was excellent, too.

Food was edible but not good Disappointed and price for buffet should be $6 not $11. Yuck🤢

Most food was visibly old/stale. When asked to refill things by multiple people, they would only put out small amounts, not nearly enough to provide adequate amounts for all in the restraunt waiting on specific items.

Service was prompt and friendly. A your welcome would have been nice after being thanked though. Our waiter didn't really say anything to us until he brought the check aside from taking our drink order. Not very upscale but it is clean from what i could see but i did pick up a plate that had dried ketchup on it. Overall the food was good, wasn't impressed with the creamy chicken or the plain fried rice. There was no house fried rice or anything similar to be found. Just fried and boiled.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. Ordered sesame chicken and spicy garlic chicken. Sesame chicken was terrible. Spicy garlic chicken was red for some reason and looked disgusting, was not spicy at all, and I barely took two bites of it. VERY disappointed.

Call Buffet but everything was pretty good. Staff was very friendly and attentive

Didn't have my order when I got home

Foods was old, dried up, and hard. No-one ate and we told the manager and they said we are wrong. The guy manager proceeded to pit his hands on my wife and mother in law and hold the doors shut were we couldn't leave.

Not the best. Hardly any fresh food out. I order 4 of their cappuccino cakes for takeout and I only get two of the chocolate ones and two strawberry? They are definitely one of the worst restaurants in Sylva.

I would suggest ordering off the menu. It’s usually fresher. I come pretty often and order. The lady that runs the place is fabulous! I forgot my mask during the pandemic, so she brought my order outside and took my card with her. The food was delicious!

I love coming here for a girls night we eat and chat and they never bother us. Clean place, good food, great selection. There's a noodle bar where you add your noodles, meat, and veggies and they cook it fresh.

Always excellent, even if their restaurant may look a little on the worn side. Staff and owners are super friendly, I've even seen the owners wife (or owner herself?) babysit a toddler so it's parents could eat more peacefully!Amazing local place!

Food wasn't Fresh, like Greenbeans were dry & burn, some of the Meat was sitting too long & dry. No regular fried shrimp, or fish. Was visiting from MI, wasn't overly Impress. Too much fried food, no poach or baked fish. Needs to improve menu.

If you want a good Chinese buffet, it's worth the drive to go someplace else. This buffet looks like it barely stays in business, and that only because it's the only Chinese buffet in town. It was very small and very empty when we went, with only three or four tables of food to choose from.

The some off the food you it like the meat on the stick is tiff and burn and dry.they don't do good job on filling the pans of food.The waiters are really pleasant. The people who own it are very rude and giving dirty look the female stopped one day and said you didn't pay for the meal and I did I had to show her my receipt.she gave me a dirty looks and walked away. They never great their customer.

I love the owners of this establishment. The atmosphere is quaint, not to flashy, not to bland. The food is phenomenal.

The food was old, dried up, and hard. When I spoke with the owner she was rude and did not care. I asked for some kind of discount she said I. Then her husband came out from the back of the restaurant and tried to hold us inside. We called the law and then tried to walk outside to wait but her husband blocked the door off. He grabbed my mother in law's arm when she tried going out the door and then shoved my wife to stop her.

Best avoided if you like good food

We arrived at 8:30 on a Saturday night. They don't close until 10 but almost all the food trays were empty. I asked if they were going to refill them and was told yes but they only refilled two of them. We still had to pay $12 per person. The food I did have was good and I will definitely go back during the day when the buffet actually has food on it.

This was a waste of time and money.Things on the buffet were old and dried up. Took them a good minute to change out. I couldn't eat from buffet EVERYTHING had peppers & onions and I am highly allergic to both. Paid more for a off the menu than buffet price. Would NEVER recommend!!!!

Small family restaurant. Food is quite tasty. Service is really good. They have both buffet and menu so everyone should be happy and go home full. Good choice for dinner.

Please!!! Do yourself a favor and don't eat at this place. First off, The fried rice is instant rice. They don't even know the difference between Spring Rolls and Egg Rolls. We ordered Garlic Chicken and got some kind of what ever they had leftover chicken. Possibly Orange Chicken, but not for sure. Definitely not spicy! The Sweet and Sour Shrimp was more vegetables in heavy batter than anything! After talking to the "Owner", she spelled her name "Khon Llu", she should of just said Con You but anyway All she wanted to do is argue back and forth, could not understand English and so on! Very Rude!

Always good food. Especially the Mongolian grill. Of course, depending on when you go dictates how fresh the food will be. But it's always delicious.
